Course 1 is Hickory kissed duck breast with caramelized apricot, Maytag bleu cheese, toasted walnuts, and a balsamic orange gastric.
Course 2 is house-cured salmon gravlox with a horseradish potato cake, roasted red pepper compote, and candied lemon peel.
Course 3 is charcoal grilled oysters on a homemade cracker topped with habanero peach jam and mascarpone cheese.
Course 4 is Chateaubriand with lobster bernaise, gruyere roasted garlic whipped potatoes and brandied parsnips.
Course 5 is a chocolate nutella cigar with mocha java gelato, sugar smoke, vanilla bean creme anglaise, and fresh raspberries.
